MEET THE FAMILY
Hello all, I am Louise Santosuosso Raffin, the daughter of John and Florence Santosuosso. Santo's Italian Restaurant was established and founded by my parents in 1972. My three brothers, Michael, George and Raymond and my husband Tony continued to operate the restaurant when our parents entered into retirement many years ago.
Over the years Michael and George opened their own restaurants and to this day run them with the important basics our parents taught us. Tony and my brother Ray continued to carry on our family business at the location in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
Ray joined the ranks of retirement in 2015.
Tony and I have four children, Anthony, Annette, Michael and Dominic. They are all married and have very busy lives. Anthony is the Fire Chief in Fairview Park, Ohio. Dominic and Wendy have taken their many years of work experience at Santo's and they have opened their own restaurant. Dominic's Santos Italian Restaurant has been in operation on Lorain Road in Fairview Park since 2009.
Tony along with Annette are committed to carrying on the legacy left by mom and dad. Together they honor and respect the work ethics instilled in them. They covet and cherish the wonderful recipes created by my mom.
We appreciate the loyalty and the commitment of our employees. We very much appreciate our customers that have come to our restaurant for years and years; they are like family. We welcome old and new guests to our family oriented restaurant.
My parents passed away in November 2015 and March 2016. They are greatly missed. Their legacy, their love and their spirit will live on in all of us. Our belief is that someday we will all be together again.

Anthony Raffin

OWNER
The marriage of Anthony Raffin to Louise Santosuosso brought Tony into the Santosuosso family and subsequently into the family business. Tony is the first generation to come to the United States of America from Cordenons, Italy, the Friuli region. He brings a Northern Italian flare to the delicious, mouth watering items on the menu. Tony is a long time member of the Northern Ohio Italian American Foundation (NOIA). He is proud of his heritage and his accomplishments. A restaurant worth remembering needs many elements: tireless workers, dedication, positive attitude and great service. Tony brings all these qualities to Santo's Italian Restaurant.
Annette Raffin

RESTAURANT MANAGER
The fourth generation joins the family business. Annette is the daughter of Tony and Louise. She is a graduate of Miami University. Annette has been involved in restaurants, food preparation and food service for most of her life. With her "people person" personality and her background, she is prepared to carry on the traditions - the tried and true recipes. She is excited to bring fresh new ideas to the family business. Annette is an integral part of the Santo's management team.
